As a developer I would like a series of test that can verify that a translation created shows up in the graphql output so that we may be confident that regressions will be caught.
Acceptance Criteria
Behat tests
[x] Validate that a translate button exists on /admin/content for benefit detail pages.
[x] Validate that a translate button takes you to the translate tab of a node.
