I as a devops engineer I want our git-servise to use S3 rather than expensive EFS.

[ ] research minio
[ ] research s3 backends supported by kubernetes out of box
[ ] implement change for prod-stack and ci-stack

Agreed on during Sprint #7 planning to downgrade priority on this task. Therefore pushin this to Sprint #8. This task can be accepted into Sprint #7 as a stretch item, if nothing else has been available

Git service uses EBS volume now.
