CiviCRM LLC has an agreement with Stripe that provides the core ream with a (very small) slice of funds that are paid via Stripe into CiviCRM instances. JMA several years ago modified the Stripe extension to support adding the necessary data to calls to Stripe. Has that been done for this repo too? If not, I am sure that Josh would fund that, and JMA would do it pro bono as a community contribution with a big payback.

I have reservations about the legality of this in Australia given that there is no disclosure of this kickback arrangement to the end user if they use the Stripe CiviCRM Extension. So I'm going to say, "no" at this stage.
