hi @davyrhys Could you write me to andriy.stabryn@agiliway.com? I'll try to help you!

davyrhys commented 5 years ago

Thanks @andriystabryn Sent you an email with login details for my site.

Hi Andriy. My Aegir hosting provider has advised that PHP scripts can't be called directly if located in /data/disk/xxx/static/platforms/platform_name/sites/collaborate2019.co.za/files/civicrm/ext/com.agiliway.civimobileapi, and asked if 'there is something about this extension which expects it to be called directly instead of via website like all the rest?' Unfortunately I don't have the expertise to examine your code to see if this may be the problem.

Hi @davyrhys. We've found a problem. Currently we are in progress to modify our login functionality. I'll notify you. Sorry for that

Thanks for all your help - really appreciate it.

Hi Andriy - I installed the latest CiviMobile but the login still doesn't work. Are you still working on modifying the login functionality? Thanks, Davy

andriystabryn commented 5 years ago

Hi Davy, Our application is on review. So, I hope that you will be able to use it within few days

davyrhys commented 5 years ago

Great news Andriy. Thanks so much.

AWG-Bohdan commented 5 years ago

Hi @davyrhys, Did you have a chance to install new app and check login? Regards, Bohdan

davyrhys commented 5 years ago

Hi Bohdan The app is working perfectly on my mobile! Thanks so very much.

ffacemire commented 4 years ago

Hi Bohdan, I am getting the same error as davyrhys experienced (comments in a closed thread from Sept '19) on my iPhone CiviMobile app: "Please install CiviMobile extension in your CiviCRM".

I am only now in the process of configuring CiviCRM and CiviMobile, having just installed CiviCRM using the Bitnami Stack for Google Cloud. The installed versions are: Drupal 7.69/CiviCRM 5.23.4/CiviMobileApi 5.0.1

I can connect to my CiviCRM URL, but when I enter my username and password on the user login page, I get the above error in red font.

I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hi @ffacemire, Your problem should be something else. I guess you are using some kind of SSO, right? Also maybe you have configured some kind of firewall? Could you send to us info@civimobile.org more information (at least website URL, but better also CiviCRM credentials) so we will be able to detect the problem? We are waiting email from you to start helping!
