Separate module / Eclipse project for reports #4

At the moment there is only one Eclipse project that contains both the sampling 
and the report 
codes. It will be separated into separate modules, that will allow the report 
part include various 
other libraries (e.g. iText) too.

As we have dismissed the maven integration, it makes less sense to do this, as 
the project is rather small now, 
and the separate libraries and dependencies can be easily handled by the build 
script.

Later, if there is a higher need for this, we will check it again.
