MC wont load T-o-K mod #63

These are the mods i have that are running in my MC- Damage indicator, backpack, RivalRebels,WeaponMod, toomanyitems, and all Familiars mod

_UPDATE_ It was the RivalRebels mod that was crashing it, but now its not even loading, i dont spawn near a kingdom, and the worthyness bar isnt on the bottom left of the game, how do i get it working?

Wrong installed, whenever the bar is not at the bottom left (and you have not disabled it in the config)
