ISO/TC 211 changed the URLs of their code lists a while back & this example didn't get fixed.

Change https://schemas.isotc211.org/schemas/19139/resources/codelist/gmxCodelists.xml#CI_DateTypeCode' to https://schemas.isotc211.org/schemas/19139/-/resources/codelist/gmxCodelists.xml#CI_DateTypeCode'

The TC211 pattern now has a place for 'part number' after the standard number, and 19139 has no parts (in the ISO sense!)
