These have been taken and modified by various organisations (Astun for GeoNetwork; MEDIN?) - some of those modifications are improvements (I like the Astun error messages), others are implementation specific.
Would it be useful for GEMINI (us) to host a master Table A schematron file? If so, which one should we start from?

GEMINI validation depends on ISO 19139 Table A validation - in fact, GEMINI 2.2 led to publication (by Defra) of a set of Table A validation rules that can be seen at https://github.com/alphagov/ckanext-spatial/blob/master/ckanext/spatial/validation/xml/medin/ISOTS19139A1Constraints_v1.4.sch
