FreshService Ticket Description:
This ticket has been created to showcase the capabilities of  Github Freshservice Integration which lets you interact with Github Issues directly from Freshservice Tickets. The integration can Create and/or Link ticket to a GIthub Isue Post Agent responses as comments on linked Github Issue Post Private notes as comments on linked Github issue. Add Comments from linked Github issue as Private notes. Add labels to Github Issue based on Ticket Type Assign Milestones to Github Issues Updating status of the ticket when Github issue is closed. The Integration can also handle Attachments. As you can see the file attachment added to the ticket is displayed as a link in Github Issue
