Authentication update #258

Hello, I trie tu use the tool with a Mongo Server version 3.0, nad i faced issues when using authentication, I had to update the java driver and the authentication related code. Please free to share. I also reintroduced the missing class PasswordPromptDialog.

I've managed to update the release page with the two required binaries, see https://github.com/mourezwell/umongo/releases/tag/r1.6.4
