Submission button becomes active with incomplete jewelry data #63

Describe the bug When the jewelry data is incomplete, the submit button becomes active and a user can get to the review modal.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://demo.esocraftrequest.com/
  2. Fill out the form, but leave quality and set empty on jewelry
  3. Click on submit
  4. Click confirm
  5. See that nothing happens

Expected behavior The submit button remains inactive until the fields are all filled out.
