We make the identity information fields more consistent between the CLI and GUI and only display the old ratchet values if old ratchet is actually being used.

This pull request supersedes https://github.com/agl/pond/pull/147 because I feel we should not create a fingerprint field that is a "selector" in the sense that the server can predict it.
