CLI doesn't support the entomb functionality #164

This means one can't migrate a state file to another computer when a TPM is used. The corresponding code for the GUI.

Would you be able to write what UI nerds call a "user story" describing exactly how you think the feature should work? It doesn't look hard from an implementation point of view, I just don't have the experience with the cli to know how/where to wire it. Other than that it looks like a pretty small patch I could knock off while something is downloading...

I've issued a pull request for this in #183
