pond.imperialviolet.org does not resolve #215

The link to 'the main website' in the readme goes to pond.imperialviolet.org which does not resolve. Has the main site been taken down?

Yes. It didn't seem reasonable to continue to have a public presence given the lack of movement on this project. The default server remains running, however.

@agl it would be really useful if you would update the main README with a little about the current status of the project and what you would like to happen next.
