Modified the osx instructions #55

Among the other issues discovered when installing pond using the osx instructions: the gtk+3 config settings for xquartz have to be applied after installing gtk+3 or you will get errors.

Thanks! I've merged and hopefully clarified the different between GTK+ Quartz and XQuartz some more. By editing the GTK+ brew file you should be able to avoid the use an X server at all. Otherwise GTK+ will build with the X backend and then you'll need XQuartz to be an X server for it.
