The key should be the domain (i.e. dukgo.com). But, apart from Runa's tweet, I can't find any confirmation of this onion address. It doesn't appear on the DuckDuckGo pages from what I can find.

People can obviously use it if they wish but I'm not sure that it should be substituted by default.
