New ACMO variables - requires all translators comply

New variables:

• Days to anthesis (calculate from planting date and anthesis date)
• Days to maturity (calculate from planting date and maturity date)
• TMAX and TMIN during growing season
• Solar radiation during growing season

DSSAT already outputs these in Summary.OUT. Need to comply with other models, too.

Also need soil C, but need to discuss with the modelers what this will represent, i.e., change to soil C over season, end of season, initial???
