Acceptance criteria:

Ships have a spawning method that spawns them into the game
- Consider making Ship an abstract class?
Ships have a despawn/kill method that removes them from the game (incl. graphic)

step 3: subclasses, create functionality (connect to graphics, might not be needed yet in terms of specific player/enemy spawning) 3.1: make a player 3.2: make an enemy 3.3: taste my blade (kill them)
