support bun, zsh, biome, SQLTools
support local dev server

Roadmap

[x] connect to db, allowing accessing the db from both inside and outside the container
[x] clean up against the existing Docker files in root. both bun up and opening in container should work.
[x] add setup instructions to README.md
[x] ensure database persistence
[ ] add wiki to read more to VitePress. Needs #48

This PR works and achieves many of its stated goals, but does so in a hacky way. I've added two issues for tackling the imperfections of this PR: #55 and #56, and merging to main.
