Add markers to current position #7

When you are out mapping having the possibility to add notes at the current
location is important (think about adding POIs).

You should be able to add small description to each marker. These markers
should be exported as GPX files, so they could be imported in an editor.

The markers in the current view should be displayed in the map using a
special icon. I am not sure how to display the description (maybe bootom
line as a street name to keep it simple?)
