Migration androidx #111

Current dependencies:

    androidx       : '1.0.0-rc01'
    espresso       : '3.1.0-alpha4'
    espresso_rules : '1.0.0-alpha4'
    espresso_runner: '1.0.0-alpha4'

Also includes:

Gradle update to 3.14/4.6
Target SDK 28(aapt problems)
getAdapter() includes Nullable annotation on Recycler androidx. Check changes on Actions.kt

We need to discuss if we want to offer a different artifact as the request on the issues.

CI failing on: Could not determine artifacts for androidx.test.espresso:espresso-contrib:3.1.0-alpha4: Skipped due to earlier error Locally OK. Tomorrow I'll check it
