Fix environment variable name in README.md #19

In MeasureBuildTime.cs show that it uses ElasticSearch endpoint defined in BUILD_METRICS_ES_ENDPOINT environment variable, but in README.md shows BUILD_METRICS_ENDPOINT instead.
