setting is completely blank. #444

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. When i made calls in sip it would say call ended and return to keypad
2. Setting is completely blank and nothing can be done to it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cannot make calls on sip, cannot see settings

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Iphone 3g, firmware 4.0.2, voipvoip.com VOIP provider

Please provide any additional information below.
When i made calls, it used to return to keypad saying call ended in less than a 
second. To solve it i updated my Iphone firmware to 4.0.2 from 3...
Now it's still the same: call ended and return to keypad but Moreover, in 
settings i cannot do anything since its all blank. I can use sip with fring but 
not siphon. Please help with solution.
