a mi también me apareció esto pero cuando lo actualice me dejo de funcionar el empaquetado de la aplicación para .exe

El problema parece estar en la aplicación SerialPort que utiliza electron. A partir de una cierta versión, ya no es posible la comunicación con las Arduinos

Entonces habría que actualizar la aplicación serial port?
