[x] (small changes vision page)
[x] Remove "become a member" and add "Follow" button in ChannelPage
[x] Check in DB that the user is added as a follower.
[x] Check user can unfollow
[x] Add "Following agoras" in UserManager
[x] Remove "Community tab" in channel (or remove the "Members" bit)
[x] "Invite to follow" in ManageChannelPage instead of "Invite members"

Later (track this):

[ ] Add ability to "Subscribe to events on google calendar" when clicking "follow"
