A. Overview:

  1. We periodically fetch all the talks from researchseminars.org (details: #453)
  2. We advertise the biggest talks on Twitter and reddit
  3. We periodically (and automatically) send an email to the organiser of the agora (we would have scrapped the email address or have added it manually) to tell him "yo! 200 people wants to attend your event! Claim your agora now!" (details: #454)
  4. From there on, retention (visitor becoming a user) and conversion (user becoming a paying user) will be what we will be work on.
