Goal:

Scrapped talks might have some TBD, TBA as title. We dont' want that as it looks ugly + trending talks
Twitter bot needs to unfollow all people we follow but who do not follow us (assymetric ratio rn)

[x] Remove "Polish talk" logic
[x] Write script clean current DB from TBA/TBD
[x] Add check "TBA/TBD" and create canonical titles in scheduleTalk
[x] Twitter bot
