Tutorial is re-appearing after it has been dismissed #521

Seems to be happening randomly. One thought is that maybe updates to the user profile are saving the user record with the fields for the tutorial reset.

I have been testing this, and so far have not been able to reproduce. I tried

Logging in / out
creating a new workspace / topic and resource
requesting and accepting friend request
updating bio in proflie
using the Dall-e generation of an avatar.

Going to leave it open for now, perhaps with so many users I really had not seen the tutorial yet for that that user. username : brian has both false, so does brian1
