Documentation & Minor Fixes #20

This updates the README with the latest versions of the API, fixes issues with scraping leagues without supplying a URL, and causes LeagueScraper to return a League, not a hash, creating a more consistent API scraping a league directly vs scraping a profile for its leagues.
