It seems that fastq_quality_filter version 0.0.14 use Q33 as default #5

This is different from version 0.0.13 which use Q64 as default. Am I right? If it is, it will be better if this change can be made more clear to user.

The quality-score issue was never fully document, and so is this change. Most users use the undocumented "-Q33", which still works as before.

Regardless, I'll be happy to accept patches for any improvements in help screens or other topics.
