I don't expect we'll address this in the near term; just documenting things that I come across...

I hit Create Bounty but nothing happened.

In the console, I saw:

Error: Contract instance not found.
  at makeProposal (ProposeBountyForm.tsx:46:26)
  at onSubmit (ProposeBountyForm.tsx:144:5)
