revise check_if_order_is_valid the function:

• check if the order has arrived in a valid time. It is the point on the slides "Accept orders during auction, normal trading session. Reject orders after close, before open.". I added the attributes start_time and end_time and current_server_time to ServerLogic, so you should be able to do it.
