CASCADE: Files not removing from zip if it has been saved already #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add files to Caspac
2. Save Caspac
3. Remove files
4. Resave Caspac. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The files should be removed from the zip file created in the caspac, however 
they are not.

Issue fixed long ago.  CASCADE is depricated.  Replaced by  CASCADEFX or 
CASCADE2.
