Updating README and .cabal to absolute cutting edge #3

I've added updated benchmarking results for the latest changes to the README, as well as updating the version numbers where applicable. I also noticed that I hadn't correctly brought scotty up to the latest revision, as well as base. These have now been corrected.

Thanks! :-) We should definitely benchmark against the type safe approach too, because it is faster
