I changed "Ilmenau U." to "TU Ilmenau" and added our logo. In order to get space for it, I slightly changed the size of the minipages, and cut some white space around the logo of the Juelich research center.
I also added a vspace to the logos on the right, so that the positions of the logos on the left and right side are more similar.
