Fix all the weapon model related issues that have plagued the game for a long time.
Currently include:
-Restore spinning animation for the syringes inside the Syringe Gun in third person
-Add missing shell on Panic Attack
-Movable joystick on Giger Counter
-Restore gibs from destroyed sapper and red tape recorder that can be used to restore ammo/metal/cloak battery
-Fix Air Strike rocket using the wrong texture
-Fix Market Gardener
-Fix the textures for the stock shotgun and the winger
-All the sniper rifles (except stock) are now ejecting the shell casing to the right
-Add functional bolt action to Hitman's Heatmaker, AWPer Hand, Sydney Sleeper, Shooting Star and Bazaar Bargain
