I'm not sure if this pack is still being worked on, or even if this is within the scope of the pack, but if it is, I'd like to suggest this as an addition. Apparently a vertex was added in Jungle Inferno that allows trees to sway like they're being blown by wind. Aside from sakura and jungle trees, it seems to work pretty well, so it might be a good fit
Edit: Although the vertex exists, it seems it's only used in Mercenary Park, with the rest of the maps being untouched. That might be intentional but it still seems odd only one map has the vertex applied
