Desktop Overshoot disabling does not work. #280

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Menu -> ADW Settings -> Screen Preferences -> Desktop Overshoot to 0
2. Go back to home screen and swype left or right

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: No desktop scrolling (have only one homescreen, checked with multiple)
Experiencing: The only limit to the desktop-overshoot is how far I can drag my 
thumb across the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?
ADW v1.3.0
SonyEricsson Xperia x10i
Android 2.1
