Queries with Facilityust #1

Use SGID10.Environment.FACILITYUST to query the following;

Is the facility in a UDWSPZ              
What is the Depth to Groundwater                 
What is the soil texture
What is the Population Density
What is the Distance to a Point of Diversion                 
What is the Distance to a Streams
Is it in a Wetland
What is the Distance to a Lake
Is it in an Aquifer Access Zone              
Has a Water Quality Assessment been completed? What type?

Put these as attributes into an output point featureclass with the facility information, in a directory of the users computer.
