To build the map roulette assets correctly, we need to understand what is already in OSM vs what we already have.

[ ] Build a python tool to generate the intersection of data between OSM and UGRC

The tasks

Need to review OSM trailheads with missing attributes (mainly name)
Review UGRC trailheads that are a outside some buffer from OSM trailhead points

I combined all of the OSM trailheads with the UGRC trailheads that were more than 200 meters from existing OSM trailheads. This includes 725 total points. I figure we might as well review all of the existing OSM trailheads and the unique UGRC ones for the MapRoulette task to create the best combined product.

Maybe we would need another challenge or add-on to the initial challenge to transfer the UGRC attributes from coincident trailheads to the OSM ones? This includes about 64 UGRC locations that are within 200 meters of existing OSM trailheads.
