Add Tool Names #38

Steps to reproduce

  1. After the map loads.
  2. Down at the bottom of the screen where the icons for all the tools is located.

Request: Would it be possible to add a pop-up with each specific tools name, that would appear when the user used their cursor to hover over each of the tool icons?
