Result grid legends #556

A legend should be shown for each result layer in the results grid similar to the old app.

Randomly validated many polygon layers with their AGOL legends, and the DDW Public Water System Facilities (aka Sources), and they all matched. I like how the app shows the EJ layers' values in ascending order vs. AGOL's descending order.
