Add loading indicators and enhance results grid display #233

Add spinners to UI elements that wait for network requests, improving user experience by indicating loading states. Enhance the results grid to display the number of results. Adjustments made to the layout for better usability.

Closes #232 and addresses enhancements in #184.

Yes. I view the current spinner on the map as a placeholder.
