Show import & git errors in lift reports #291

Description of Changes

This pull request adds pallet import errors to the lift report. It also fixes a bug causing git errors to not show up in the lift report.

Ya, I'm not sure other than it showed up after I ran the tests. Perhaps its something related to touching the data with a newer version of Pro?
