Lastly, it wouldn't be too hard to do some analysis to see what percentage of the statewide address points and major road mileage is covered by existing sites and scenarios with additional sites. We would just need the site list and the signal strength parameters to run the analysis. We've already done something similar for LTE coverage over the past 3 years of the broadband project, it wouldn't be too hard to adapt and it actually might be possible to have this launched from within the interactive map, based on the sites that are currently selected to be displayed

So this would be a select by location for the address points and roads and then summing up the numbers and returning the percentage gp task.

20 hours to generate the python script, publish as gp task and wire to the app.
