Now that we've done this (or talked about doing this) for three different projects, I figure it's time to make it its own library. Right now this just satisfies the requirements for github.com/agrc/era, but can/will be modified in the future to satisfy github.com/agrc/fleetshare as well.
Branched from era to preserve history, but there's a lot in there more related to era than the SFTP stuff.
