Benefit: Continue to provide essential data for the coronavirus.utah.gov site, maintain and enhance UGRC relationship and evangelism within DHHS

Acceptance: Maintenance and updates as requested by DHHS

This has gone stale in a big way, need to continue to ding Health to see if they still want this shared publicly. Hasn't been updated in years, and previous discussions about removing it keep stalling waiting for their response.
