• Run the installer of portal 11.3
• Install Portal web adaptor and reinstall the 11.3 version
• run 11.3installer for server upgrade
• Install Server web adaptor and reinstall the 11.3 version
• Run Datastore 11.3 installer

Upgrade to 11.3 is complete. My takeaway from the upgrade experience is this: --Use the FQDN for any url it asks for. --Use the conthus user as "portaladmin" and "serveradmin" respectively on each --Ensure the UTAH\ugrc-portal user is used to start and run all services. --You need to run post installation routines after upgrading each piece in turn. --Upgrade in this order: Portal, Portal Web Adapter, Server, Server Web Adapter, DataStore. --Once you've worked through the entire upgrade, reboot all 3 servers and wait at least 10 minutes.
