Q3 Sprint 1 Tasks

[x] Submit Box Elder County address points.

Box Elder and Millard have been submitted however the USPS said that the values in the City field are incomplete. Waiting to hear back on how to assign an address to a city if it's in an unincorporated part of the county.

Box Elder and Millard were successfully submitted to the USPS and the returned "No Match" tables have been submitted to the local USPS for review.

Q3 tasks completed. The USPS submission process will be started the week of March 25th. Moving on to Q4 tasks.
