Benefit

A dashboard for WMRC staff, legislators, and the general public to get an at-a-glance look at how recycling efforts are going per material and over time.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Functioning dashboard meeting their needs
[x] Data automation to keep source feature services updated (may be done via the WMRC ETL task #269 )

Sprint 5

Make the "Recycling" and "Composting" titles above the columns standout more? e.g. larger font, different color. The reason being, the titles are defining the data below. We may also want to change the plot titles to make this clearer (e.g. "Types of Materials Received for Recycling Last Year") if we need to, but let's start with this change.
For the state and county data plotted over time (the center column plots), to simplify the data display, is there a way to automatically show statewide, Davis, Salt Lake, Utah and Weber counties (for example). These counties can be clicked off and on and the other counties can be clicked on to display on the plot. Kind of like the functionality you had in the trend over time plot in this draft dashboard: https://utahdeq.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/2c1b315c76a84a8f9c73784756e970fb
And the (State and County Recycling Rates) plot looks like it is showing the amount of material collected for recycling for each county, but it should show the recycling rate (calculated from data provided) over time. E.g. the y-axis should be in %

Sprint Next

For the pie chart on the Composting panel, can you please change "Other CM" to "Other Compostable Material"? We don't have the acronym defined anywhere so that change will make it more understandable.

Oh, same for the materials over time plot below the pie chart.

[ ] Validation numbers: for each facility, a year over year percent different for each RCDL category, taking into account everything but landfill has the msw modifier. Each validation run, get statewide y/y, countywide y/y, facilitywide y/y
